Darwin Wildlife Sanctuary is a 100% tax-deductible charity. We are the only wildlife rescue charity in the NT with this status.
All donations received are used for the payment of veterinary bills, food, enclosure constructions and upkeep for all injured wildlife that comes into care. Funds will also be used to facilitate educational opportunities to youth at risk, school age students and VET students from around Darwin and the Rural areas.

- $35 pays for a consultation, assessment and emergency treatment with a highly qualified wildlife vet
- $50 provides a joey care kit (milk powder, pouches, teats & bottles)
- $80 sends a wildlife rescue kit to remote NT communities
- $1,700 helps fund a humidicrib for vulnerable babies and critically ill animals

GRANTS
DWS is always trying to identify new grants to be able to continue our work in community engagement, youth diversion and providing our wildlife care and rescue services to the Greater Darwin Region.
